Forget the Gym
So far, I have been return false"> brisk walking every morning for almost a week, covering 10km a day!
I am beginning to see the result because this morning, I covered the usual 10km walk, followed by a 2.4 km run, sit-ups etc...Really felt good to be fit again. Designer/Animator/Drummer Steve Spatucci has animated a Flash Music Video for his band's song, "War We Need to See", Which features the The Restraining Order Band.
